As Phil led the only donation-based tour in downtown Los Angeles, he noticed the large homeless population that tourists would point out.  As a way to help these individuals, Phil began to try to help: 5% of all donations from the tour would go directly to a non-profit to help this group.  This also makes visitors feel like they are contributing to the city as well.
